How to Enter

Nominations for most categories have now closed… but SUG members can still enter the Safe Site category. This Award is open to any company that operates fork lift trucks and has introduced a new initiative to make the operation of their trucks safer at one or more sites. This may have been the complete redesign or modification of the site, a change to operating processes and procedures, or anything else that has made a significant contribution to safety.

To be eligible, your initiative must have been introduced within the period from 1st October 2010 to 31st October 2011.

Simply complete the form on the ‘enter’ page and send it to the Chief Executive at the Fork Lift Truck Association office by 31st October 2011.
