How to nominate
Nominating is so easy…
Nominations are invited in the following categories. Please note that you are entitled – and positively encouraged – to nominate your own products, services, company and colleagues for these Awards.
Just download the appropriate forms, complete them, and send them with your supporting information to the Chief Executive at the Fork Lift Truck Association office. Please send 6 copies of any supporting documents, such as brochures, that are best viewed by the Nominations Committee Members in their original format.
Your completed nomination forms must reach the FLTA by 30th September 2008.
To be eligible for the product or service Awards (form 1) your new product or service must have been launched within the period from 30th October 2007 to 30th September 2007. By launched, we mean the product or service must have been available for purchase, or been fitted to equipment that is available for purchase.
